Full Body Yoga- 30 Min Vinyasa Yoga Flow - Yoga with Yana
Happy day everyone ❤ Join me for a 30 min Full Body Yoga Vinyasa Flow. We will start the yoga class with a quick stretch to warm up the body, and then get straight into our vinyasa flow. We will finish off the practice with some nice deep stretches before completely allowing our body to relax in Shavasana pose. If at any time throughout this yoga practice, you feel the need to take a break, please go ahead and do so and join back in whenever you're ready. I invite you to please focus on your breath throughout this practice, as it will help you get into each pose with more ease, and experience the full benefits.
