Hello friends, Welcome back to Yoga with Yana! It's been a minute since I've last posted a class - so I am excited to share this new video with you! By popular demand, this is a detox yoga class with an emphasis on strengthening the core, twists, and relieving tension from the hips! If you need to modify any pose, or take a break throughout the class, please listen to your body and do so. I invite you, as usual, to keep focusing on your breath throughout the practice, as it will help you achieve the best results for each pose. When we breathe in each pose, we enable the energy to flow properly, and therefore we relieve tension and stiffness from the mind and body.
