Full Body Yoga Flow - 30 Min Vinyasa Yoga - Yoga with Yana
Hello friends! Welcome back to Yoga with Yana! Join me for a 30 min Full Body Vinyasa Yoga Flow. We will start the class with a quick warm up and then get into a strengthening full body flow. We will the finish our practice with a nice stretch (holding each pose for a little longer to get the full benefit of each pose). If at any time you feel the need to rest, please go ahead and do so and join back in whenever you're ready. If you need to modify any pose, please listen to your body and adjust each pose as needed. I encourage you to focus on your breath throughout the practice, as it will help you to get into each pose with more ease and experience the full benefits of each pose.
