Morning Yoga - Wake Up Yoga Class for Stretching & Energy - Yoga with Yana
Hi friends, ❤ Welcome back to Yoga with Yana! Today I have a morning yoga practice for you! This class is designed to help you wake up your body through stretching and engaging in a series of energizing yoga postures that help the body to open up and become fueled with energy. I always feel like starting off the day with yoga is the best way to wake up - it elevates the mood, stretches the body, and makes us feel ready to take on the day! As per usual, I invite you to focus on your breath throughout the entire practice, as it will help you to get into each pose with more ease and help you experience the full benefits of the practice. If you wish to stay in one pose for a longer period of time, because you feel like you need it, please feel free to do so! On this note, if you need to take a break at any point throughout this practice, please honor your body and do so, and join back in whenever you're ready!
