Strength in Pairs | Kettlebell Bedrock Series – Week 4 🪨 Want the full Bedrock Series training plan? You can get the complete 4-week plan — including different ways to structure your training, track your progress, and stay consistent — by signing up through the link below. https://www.samueljordanfitness.com/b... Week 4 introduces a superset structure, pairing movements together to build strength while maintaining control and consistency. The goal remains the same — quality reps, solid positioning, and disciplined pacing — but now with a slightly increased demand on your work capacity. By working two movements back-to-back, you’ll challenge your ability to stay composed under fatigue while reinforcing the same fundamental patterns we’ve built over the past few weeks. Simple structure. Strong execution. Workout Structure: 4 Workout Blocks | 2 Rounds | Superset Style 1 min work / 1 min work / 1 min rest You’ll need: 1x Kettlebell (I’m using 20kg) Workout Blocks: • Farmer’s Carry (Right) → Swing • Farmer’s Carry (Left) → Swing • Overhead Press → Goblet Squat • Bent-Over Row → Goblet Squat Complete each pair back-to-back, then take your rest before moving on. Repeat all blocks for a second round. Stay steady, control your breathing, and keep your reps consistent from start to finish. Strong foundations are built through repetition, discipline, and time under tension. 🪨💪 Warm up before here:    • The Perfect 5-Min Warm-Up Before Training   Cool down and stretch after here:    • The Perfect 5-Min Cool Down After Training   Follow along as I guide you through this workout.
