A Strong Start | Kettlebell KICKSTART Series – Week 1 Welcome to Week 1 of the Kettlebell KICKSTART Series—a 4-week reset designed to help you build momentum, regain rhythm, and set a strong foundation for the year ahead. This isn’t about punishing New Year workouts or chasing unrealistic transformations. It’s about showing up consistently, rebuilding confidence, and feeling strong and capable again. This is a new baseline—one you can build forward from. Each session is a full-body workout designed to be repeated 2–5 times per week, giving you structure without burnout and progress without panic. Supportive, disciplined, and effective. Workout Structure: 3 Rounds | Full Body | ~30 Minutes 40 sec work / 20 sec rest You’ll need: 1x Kettlebell (I’m using 20kg) Round 1 – Legs • Split Squat (Right) • Split Squat (Left) • Goblet Squat • Single-Leg Romanian Deadlift (Right) • Single-Leg Romanian Deadlift (Left) Repeat Round 2 – Upper Body • Crush Push-Ups • Bent-Over Row (Left) • Bent-Over Row (Right) • Strict Press (Left) • Strict Press (Right) Repeat Round 3 – Conditioning • Squat Clean (Left) • Squat Clean (Right) • Hard-Style Swing • Farmer’s Carry (Left) • Farmer’s Carry (Right) Repeat Start strong.
