The focus stays the same: controlled reps, solid positioning, and disciplined execution. This session is split into two workout blocks, repeated across multiple rounds to reinforce the key movement patterns. By revisiting the same exercises, you get the chance to refine technique, build consistency, and develop real, repeatable strength. Nothing rushed. Nothing wasted. Just quality work. Workout Structure: 2 Workout Blocks | 3 Rounds | Interval Style 40 sec work / 20 sec rest You’ll need: 1x Kettlebell (I’m using 20kg) Exercises: • Goblet Squat • Romanian Deadlift • Overhead Press • Bent-Over Row • Back Lunge • Swing • Push-Ups • Single Arm Bent-Over Row Move with control, stay consistent across all rounds, and focus on making each rep look the same as the last.
