The goal here isn’t complexity — it’s consistency, control, and repetition of the key movement patterns that form the foundation of kettlebell training. This session uses an EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) structure. At the start of each minute, complete the prescribed reps, then use the remaining time in that minute to rest before the next round begins. It’s a simple format that rewards efficiency, good technique, and steady pacing. We’re combining pulling, squatting, hinging, and pushing — four essential patterns that together train the entire body while reinforcing solid mechanics. Workout Structure: 4 Exercises | EMOM Style | 20 Minutes 1-minute rounds You’ll need: 1x Kettlebell (I’m using 20kg) Each Minute Complete: • 4 Rows • 4 Goblet Squats • 4 Swings • 4 Push-Ups Finish the reps, recover with whatever time remains in the minute, and repeat for the full 20 minutes. Stay controlled. Stay disciplined.
