It's been a while since I last filmed the first half of the "Badianjin" version of Yang Mingshi Tai Chi, a form of qigong. Let's practice qigong together every day and create a positive flow of qi throughout our bodies. I love gardening. I started raising killifish this year. I'm a member of the Mozartian Verein, a group of Mozart enthusiasts. Uploading YouTube videos has become a fun hobby. Creating a positive flow of qi has become a theme for me across my entire lifestyle. This means practicing Yang Mingshi's Badan Jin Tai Chi, which improves the flow of qi and blood within the body, and aligning the mind, breathing, and movements to achieve harmony. Also, keeping my home clean and tidy, reducing the amount of stuff I own, and valuing the space. By not keeping things I don't use or like, and throwing them away, reducing my possessions and keeping everything within my control, I can live a tidy and uncluttered life. I'm lucky to have a spacious home, so I want to take good care of it as well. Food is very important, and they say our bodies are made up of what we ate two months ago, so I want to eat healthy foods today. I also want to keep my stomach in good condition and create a good flow. In particular, I want to keep my intestines in good condition. It's not about expensive, luxurious food, but rather cooking and eating food I'm happy with, and spending quality mealtimes with family, friends, and colleagues. Living in Yamanashi Prefecture gives me great access to clean air, water, fresh vegetables, and fruit, and I feel very happy with the rich life and time I enjoy. I enjoy living with my beloved plants, feeling their daily growth and lovingly nurturing them, and I hope to exchange positive energy with them. I'm particularly interested in slow food, and I want to continue making traditional Japanese food culture, such as pickled plums, miso, and pickled radishes, which evolve over time. I believe that staying healthy is the most important thing, so I'm grateful to have encountered Yang Mingshi's Haddan Jin Tai Chi, and I want to share its benefits with as many people as possible.
