Persistence is power. The movements are not difficult, so please try them every day. You will realize that this is a truly wonderful qigong method, and as you continue practicing it every day for years, your body will begin to appreciate it. In traditional Chinese medicine, rather than pinpointing a problem, it harmonizes the entire internal organs and body, gently strengthening them. Even if you have a chronic illness, don't give up. Try incorporating Yang MingShih BaDuanjin into your daily routine. It also helps prevent falls and provides muscle training for seniors. I teach Yang MingShih Tai Chi in Yamanashi Prefecture and aim to be a minimalist. I love gardening. I'm a member of the Mozartian Verein, an organization of Mozart enthusiasts. Uploading YouTube videos has become a fun hobby. Creating a positive flow of qi has become my theme throughout my lifestyle. This means practicing Yang Mingshi's Baduan Jin Tai Chi, which improves the flow of qi and blood within the body, and aligning my mind, breathing, and movements to aim for harmony between my mind, breathing, and movements. I also want to keep my home clean and tidy, reduce the amount of stuff I own, and cherish the space. By not keeping things I don't use or like, and throwing them away, I can reduce my possessions and keep everything within my control, leading to a more organized life. I'm lucky to have a spacious home, so I want to take good care of it as well. Food is very important, and they say your body is made up of what you ate two months ago, so I want to eat healthy foods today. I also want to improve my stomach and intestines and create a positive flow. I especially want to improve my intestines. I don't mean expensive, luxurious food, but rather cooking my own food and eating things I'm happy with, and enjoying quality mealtimes with family, friends, and colleagues. Living in Yamanashi Prefecture allows me to enjoy the clean air, water, and fresh vegetables and fruits that I enjoy. I'm incredibly blessed by the richness of my time and lifestyle. I enjoy living with my beloved plants, watching them grow day by day, and lovingly nurturing them to share their positive energy with me. I'm particularly interested in slow food, and I want to continue making traditional Japanese food culture, such as pickled plums, umeboshi, and miso, which evolve over time. I believe that a healthy body is the most important thing, and I'm grateful to have encountered Yang Mingshi's Eight-Stage Jin Tai Chi. I want to share its benefits with as many people as possible.
