Although it was a judging day, it was too hot to wear a gi, so I changed into a white patch T-shirt. I'll upload the judging video tomorrow. Today, I recorded the first half of our usual 24-form practice. I've added narration as I move. Beginners and those who haven't memorized the moves yet can try imitating the movements. It's held on Thursday nights at the Oshihara Park Administration Building from 7:30 PM to 8:45 PM. Anyone can participate. I love gardening. I'm a member of the Mozartian Verein, a group of Mozart enthusiasts. Uploading YouTube videos has become a fun hobby. As of September 19, 2022, I started raising a standard poodle. I received a two-year-old dog, Oden, from a student who was no longer able to care for him. My wife and I discussed our commitment to raising a large dog, and we installed a front door, did some landscaping work, and laid carpets so Oden could safely access the garden. I've started uploading videos from the time we first raised him. Creating a positive flow of energy has become a theme for me throughout my lifestyle. This means practicing Yang Mingshi's Baduanjin Tai Chi, which improves the flow of energy and blood within the body, aligning my mind, breathing, and movements to aim for harmony between my mind, breathing, and movements. I also keep my home clean and tidy, reducing the amount of stuff I own, and valuing the space. By not keeping things I don't use or like and throwing them away, I can reduce my possessions and keep everything within my control, leading to a more organized life. Since I happen to live in a spacious home, I want to take good care of it as well. Food is very important, and it's said that your body is made up of what you ate two months ago. So, I want to eat healthy foods today. I also want to keep my stomach in good condition and create a good flow. I especially want to keep my intestines in good condition. Rather than expensive, luxurious food, I want to cook my own meals and enjoy delicious food, and spend quality mealtimes with family, friends, and colleagues. Living in Yamanashi Prefecture, I feel very blessed to live in an environment with clean air, water, and fresh vegetables and fruits. I want to enjoy the rich life and time I have living with my beloved plants, feeling their daily growth, nurturing them with love, and exchanging positive energy with them. I'm particularly interested in slow food, and I want to continue to cherish the Japanese food culture of the good old days, such as making pickled plums, miso, and pickled radishes, which change over time. I believe that a healthy body is the most important thing, and I'm grateful for my encounter with Yang Mingshi's Baduanjin and Tai Chi, and I want to share its benefits with as many people as possible.
