We begin with a flowing activation warm up using glute bridge variations with both ankle weights and a resistance band to wake up the glutes and prepare the lower body for the workout ahead. The main sculpt section focuses on side-lying and kneeling lower body exercises performed one side at a time for maximum muscle fatigue and activation. Using ankle weights and a resistance loop, you'll target the glutes and thighs through a variety of angles, ranges of motion, tempos, pulses, holds, and extension patterns. The kneeling series uses a chair for balance to allow greater focus on control and muscle engagement. The workout finishes with a flowing core section using ankle weights and a Pilates ball. You'll move through laying, seated, side plank, and front plank variations designed to strengthen the upper abs, lower abs, obliques, and deep core while also incorporating stretch-sculpt movements that leave you feeling strong and lengthened. Equipment used includes ankle weights, a resistance loop band, a Pilates ball, a chair, and a mat.
