We warm up with some easy flowing barre cardio to get the legs and glutes activated, then we go straight into 15 minutes of banded barre cardio sculpt — ankle weights and band on simultaneously — lunges, squats, side to side work, kneeling to standing, jumping jacks and leg raises in all directions. Fast paced, free flowing and your muscles will absolutely feel that double resistance 😮‍💨 . Then we drop the band for the final standing barre sculpt section — 12 minutes all on one side then switch — side leaning leg raises and extensions with oblique crunches and leans, angle changes to side and diagonal to hit every part of the outer thigh, glute and waistline. . Extra Fries members stick around for another 25 minutes — a standing band-only slow burn series with banded lunges, kick-backs and extensions all one side then switch, followed by mat work targeting deep core and glutes with ankle weights and band. .
