PANQUECAS O CREPES DELICIOSAS Y FÁCILES DE HACER TE ENCANTARÁN Y DESPUÉS A DELEITERSE

Pancakes or crepes are super easy and inexpensive to make. They're great with sweet or savory fillings and always turn out delicious. Don't miss this recipe so you can enjoy them later. This recipe makes 10 crepes or pancakes. INGREDIENTS: 2 cups all-purpose flour = 280g = 14 tablespoons 3 eggs 1 cup milk = 250ml = 20 tablespoons 3 tablespoons butter = 60g 1/2 teaspoon salt PREPARATION: In a blender, beat the eggs with the melted butter and salt. Then add the milk and flour and mix until smooth. You can also do this by hand. In a non-stick frying pan about 22cm in diameter, add a little butter to cover the entire surface. Using a soup ladle, pour the batter into the pan, spreading it in a circular motion. Let it cook until you see the top of the pancake starting to dry; then flip it with a spatula. Let it cook on the other side and remove from the heat. Repeat this process as long as there is batter available. Place your favorite filling, sweet or savory, on the crepe or pancake and roll or fold it as you prefer. It can also be eaten plain; add honey or syrup of your choice for a delicious result.
