TIRAMISU PARA NAVIDAD POSTRE DELICIOSO y muy Fácil de Preparar para Disfrutar en las Fiestas

Tiramisu is a no-cook dessert with an extraordinary flavor and quality, perfect for Christmas. This is my version, so you can prepare it with confidence knowing it's egg-free and will be a dreamy dessert, a total success that everyone will love. INGREDIENTS: 400g ladyfinger biscuits, champagne biscuits, sponge fingers, etc. FOR THE COFFEE SYRUP: 2 cups of strong coffee = 500ml = 1/2 liter 5 tablespoons of rum or coffee liqueur, Marsala or Port wine FOR THE EGG AND CHEESE CREAM: 3 eggs 1/2 cup of sugar = 110g 1/2 cup of milk = 125ml 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 200ml of heavy cream (whipping cream) 500g of mascarpone cheese or cream cheese. Cocoa powder to taste for dusting Rectangular mold 30 x 21cm or square mold 26cm PREPARATION: Prepare the coffee and while still hot, add the liqueur you are using, mix well, and set aside. Beat the eggs very well with half the sugar, vanilla, and milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until it reaches a creamy consistency. Remove from the heat and let cool for 1 hour, preferably in the refrigerator. In a bowl, mix the heavy cream with the remaining sugar and beat well until stiff peaks form. Once the egg mixture is cold, add the mascarpone cheese or cream cheese. Mix well until you have a smooth cream. Then, gently fold in the whipped cream, being careful not to deflate the mixture. ASSEMBLING THE TIRAMISU: Begin by placing a thin layer of cream on the bottom of the mold. Soak the cookies, preferably one at a time, quickly, just enough for them to absorb the coffee but not too much, as they may melt. Begin arranging them neatly side by side on top of the cream layer at the bottom of the mold until the bottom is completely covered. Add another layer of cream. Begin arranging more coffee-soaked cookies until all the cream is covered. Cover the cookies with cream and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to chill thoroughly. Finally, once chilled, dust with cocoa powder. If desired, you can add some decoration. It's ready to eat! Enjoy!
