Stability Ball Workout: Part 1 (Core & Glutes)

This is a workout using only a stability ball, and focused on the core and glutes. It is geared more towards beginners but all are welcome as there are options to increase the challenge. A stability ball is needed. There is a short warm-up, then 2 sets of 4 exercises (all x5 reps each), followed by cooldown stretching.
