Advanced Series: Part 3 (Core, Chest, & Triceps, w/ Injured Foot/Ankle) - Dumbbells
This is an advanced core, chest, and triceps workout, especially for those with an injured foot/ankle. 1-3 dumbbells (varying weights) and a chair are needed. This workout is done in supersets, meaning two exercises that are done back-to-back with minimal rest between exercises. There is a short warm-up, then 3 sets of 3 supersets, for a total of 6 exercises (i.e., 2 core, then 2 chest, then 2 triceps exercises).
