Seated [Wheelchair] Workout: Day 1 (Total Workout) - Dumbbells

This workout includes resistance training, cardio (boxing/Muay Thai), and core - all while seated (chair or wheelchair). My personal training client did what we called "wheelchair sprints" as a warm-up, or you could do dynamic stretching for the upper body. Dumbbells are needed. This workout is perfect for anyone who has an injury or lack of mobility in the lower body. There is 1 set of 6 exercises. Remember to do some static stretching to cooldown.
