Stability Ball Workout: Part 2 (Advanced Core)
This is a workout using only a stability ball, and focused entirely on the core with more advanced/challenging exercises. A stability ball is needed. There is a short warm-up, then 2 sets of 3 exercises (x5-10 reps each exercise), followed by cooldown stretching.
