Advanced Series: Part 2 (Core, w/ Injured Foot/Ankle) - Dumbbells
This workout includes advanced core exercises, especially for those with an injured foot/ankle. 1-3 dumbbells (varying weights) are needed. You could do dynamic stretching as a warm-up. There are 3 sets of 3 exercises. The goal is to do a pyramid set: start with the lightest weight (highest reps, like x15) for the 1st set, then the middle weight (fewer reps, like x12) for the 2nd set, and finish with the heaviest weight (fewest reps, x10) for the 3rd set.
