Breath of Fire is a form of rhythmic breathing unique to Kundalini Yoga. A fast, powerful, diaphragmatic breath that you can use whenever your energy flags. I recommend practicing it for 1 to 3 minutes a day, as long as you are not in the first days of your lunar cycle, pregnant, or experiencing heavy bleeding.
