Czy szkoła uczy twórczego myślenia?

Does school today help young people develop creativity and creative thinking, or is it increasingly teaching them to fit into molds? The world of the future will need courageous, creative people who can collaborate, solve problems, and operate in a world of constant change. Meanwhile, many students increasingly experience overload, a lack of agency, and an education based more on replication than creation. In this conversation, we explore one of the most important questions in contemporary education: how to develop creativity, future-proof competencies, and the courage to act in a world of AI, information overload, and a rapidly changing reality? 📊 Research by George Land for NASA showed that as many as 98% of children aged 4-5 reach the level of "creative genius," but only about 2% maintain this level in adulthood. 📚 Reports from the OECD and the World Economic Forum identify creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration as among the key competencies of the 21st century. The guest of the conversation is Dr. Monika Just – a pedagogue, creative thinking trainer, educator, coach, university lecturer, and creator of the Just4Creativity brand. 💬 We discuss, among other things: ▪️ Does school today develop creativity or pattern-based thinking? ▪️ What competencies will young people really need in the future? ▪️ Why are young people increasingly losing their sense of agency? ▪️ How do relationships affect development and learning? ▪️ Do AI and new technologies support or undermine creativity? ▪️ Why do experience and action teach more effectively than theory alone? ▪️ What would a school that truly helps people develop their wings look like? 🎙️ Interview by Fr.
