More and more young teachers are wondering whether it's worth staying in the profession. They come to school with passion, energy, and a sense of mission, but often, in their first years on the job, they face overload, professional loneliness, pressure, and a lack of support. In this interview, we explore one of the most important challenges in modern education: why do young teachers leave school and what can be done to encourage them to stay? 📊 A study of Warsaw teachers with less than five years of experience shows that as many as 49.2% have considered changing careers. 🌍 UNESCO warns that by 2030, the world could face a shortage of up to 44 million primary and secondary school teachers.
