🔥 TABATA HIIT & ABS CHALLENGE | No Equipment | 45 min | RISE 60 Day 18

Here we go! Day 18 of the RISE 60 Program — get ready to sweat! 🔥 Today we're combining two challenging workouts into one. We'll start with 30 minutes of HIIT using a Tabata format: 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. The HIIT portion is divided into pairs of exercises. Each pair will alternate for a total of 4 rounds before moving on to the next pair. This gives you the chance to push the intensity, improve your performance with each round, and challenge both your endurance and coordination. Then we'll bring it down to the mat for 15 minutes of abs with an extra focus on the upper abs. The timer will be set for 40 seconds of work with 5 seconds to get ready for the next exercise. Short transitions, lots of core engagement, and plenty of burn! No equipment is needed for today's workout, just a mat and your determination. ⚠️ Please warm up for at least 5 minutes before starting.
