Here we go! Day 15 of the RISE 60 Program — 3 weeks down and we are hitting full body complexes today! This session is built around 4 complexes, each running for 10 minutes with 1 minute of rest in between to recover before going again. 🔥 Each complex combines multiple movements back to back, targeting your entire body — building strength and serious endurance with every round. And of course, we finish strong with a finisher to leave nothing on the table! You will need a pair of dumbbells and a mat.
