WORKOUT OVERVIEW This is a 20-minute bodyweight cardio sculpt workout designed to build strength, improve endurance and elevate the heart rate using nothing but your own bodyweight. This workout is part of my bodyweight series featuring 6 unique sessions focused on strength, mobility, endurance and control. These workouts are perfect for intermediate to advanced levels and require minimal space and no equipment, making them ideal for home workouts or travel. This session is endurance focused, combining continuous cardio movement with targeted strength exercises to fully challenge the lower body, core and upper body. Expect plenty of squats, lunges and leg raises to build lower body strength and muscular endurance while keeping the heart rate elevated throughout. The workout is mostly standing, but also includes floor-based movements such as down dog variations and crouching positions to strengthen the shoulders and deeply engage the core. This is a fast, effective full body conditioning workout designed to sculpt lean muscle, improve stamina and keep you moving from start to finish.
