I found that their departure airport, Newark's Terminal A, was extremely realistic and accurate to reality. Furthermore, I liked the realistic phone system and VERY accurate IFE system aboard. Also, I liked how the staff gave out sanitizing wipes like they do in real life aboard United and how the overhead bins aboard the aircraft worked. Airport: 5/6 I found that United's Newark Terminal A was very realistic. It was detailed, had a number of interactable stores/restaurants where you could get food, drinks, and items, and the fact that it contained the real stores in real life exactly where they were. I also found that New Orleans was quite accurate too, and had a bit of an interior. Seat: 3/6 United's economy seat was nothing special. However, I would like to note that it was accurate to reality and was modeled and textured very nicely. IFE: 6/6 The seatback entertainment screen aboard United today was the spotlight. I have never seen an IFE system this accurate to reality and this well made. It had many things to check out--weather, flight info, cameras, games, etcetera. It looked like the real thing and was built tremendously well. Food: 4/6 I liked how there was functioning restaurants at Newark which allowed me to get food, drinks, and snacks even before the flight began. There was a number of food and drink items at Newark which contributed to this score. Furthermore, the options onboard were limited but they were modeled nicely. A couple more food and drink options would be appreciated, though. Service: 2/6 The service aboard United today was one of the worse ones I have seen. I was pmed for in-flight service as usual but did not receive my food until we were on final approach to New Orleans. I was contacted by THREE separate staff members before I finally got a menu and could order my food. United needs to retrain their staff members to be more attentive and actually competent in their duties. TOTAL SCORE: 29/40 United received a borderline score of 29/40. I loved their IFE system which was very well built as well as their very accurate Newark Terminal A. However, the service aboard United was lacking heavily and this should be dealt with immediately.
