I compliment their very nice phone system & self check-in system, as well as the fantastic roleplay of their staff members. However, I will note that the departure airport didn't have much to do and the security system actually didn't allow me to pick up my carry-on bag once I was cleared. Airport: 4/6 Both airports had great looking exteriors and realistic tarmacs and runways. However, Newcastle could've had at least an immigration path which could let us exit the airport. Furthermore, I think that Skiathos would benefit from an expansion, as there were only a few stores. The stores that were at Skiathos were great, though, as they served me quite a number of food items, drinks, and even a model aircraft! Seat: 2.5/6 The seat was accurate to its real-life counterpart, but it was basically just a model. It didn't come with a working tray table or any other amenity, such as a working windowblind or possibly recline if there is any in real life. However, the leg room was quite nice. IFE: 6/6 TUI Airways's IFE system is the best I have seen on Roblox so far. It is a Personal Entertainment Device rather than a seat-back entertainment screen as TUI is a budget airline. All of the apps on the phone work, which is a tremendous feat in my opinion. There was even a working calculator and ChatGPT system! Other airlines should definitely take note of TUI's spectacular phone system. Food: 3.5/6 The actual meal service onboard the flight wasn't great, to say the least. While the menu looked great and there was quite a good amount of meal and beverage options, I only received 2 items in total. However, Skiathos's restaurants added to this score as they gave me a wide variety of snack options that I could order. Service: 3.5/6 I compliment TUI Airways on their wonderful staff members' roleplay, as they communicated with each other and to the passengers in ways that they would in reality, unlike most other airlines on Roblox. However, the actual service during their meal service aboard was a bit dry and it felt like the crew members were rushing and/or overwhelmed. TOTAL SCORE: 26.5/40 TUI Airways received a moderate score of 26.5 out of a total possible score of 40 points. There is definitely room for improvement, but the focal point of the flight was DEFINITELY their phone system! It was easy to navigate but contained A LOT of apps which all functioned how they supposedly would in real life. While that was a high point, I do think that their in-flight service could be enhanced with better crew-to-passenger service and allowing for more items to be given.
