I found that the entire experience was not very accurate at all; save for the good GC and staff rp as well as the accurate LOOKING airports. The food offerings aboard were totally inaccurate, as well as how the menu looked, the plane's livery was inaccurate to reality, and the EVO seats were definitely not supposed to be on the canyon-blue livery. Airport: 3/6 Both Dallas Love Field and Boston Logan had good looking exteriors. However, the actual experience in the airports was lacking a bit. Dallas Love Field lacked detail and restaurants/stores, having only a few that served mostly the same food and beverages. However, at least there WERE restaurants. Boston Logan did not have an interior. Seat: 2/6 The seat gets just a 2 out of 6. While it does look good and is modeled accurately and nicely, they wouldn't put these seats on the plane with the outdated livery. Furthermore, the seats were literally just a seat--there was no tray table or recline or anything extra. I would like to note that these seats were Southwest's brand new EVO seats--which would definitely NOT be featured on their canyon blue livery. This hindered the realism factor of this score. IFE: 0/6 There was no IFE screen, as this was Southwest. However, no attempt of any in-flight entertainment system, such as a PED or even a simple airport magazine was made. Food: 3/6 The food score is a 3/6. The onboard menu was totally inaccurate to the real Southwest's menu, which I did not appreciate at all. The only reason why this score is at a 3/6 is because of the few restaurants at Dallas Love Field that served me food and beverages. Service: 3/6 The service aboard was smooth. The flight attendant was relatively nice and got me my chosen menu items at a decent pace. TOTAL SCORE: 15/40 While Southwest Airlines has definitely improved their score since their previous flight from Midway to Orlando, I do think that there is A LOT of room for improvement here. Their product is not exactly very accurate to the real Southwest Airlines and hence why their score is only a 15/40 on today's flight.
