Tam & Echo's Adventures Day 10 Yorke Peninsula

Day 10 - The journey comes full circle. After ten days of exploring the Yorke Peninsula, today marked the final day of our adventure. We enjoyed a rare sleep-in at Wallaroo, with sunshine at last, even if the wind still had other ideas. After a relaxed morning around town and a look at the grain silos, we began making our way home. Along the way we discovered a pet cemetery filled with touching tributes, stopped in Kadina for lunch and a quick wander around Centenary Park, and braved some incredibly strong winds at a lookout near Kulpara to take in the views across the countyside. By the afternoon we had arrived back at Federation Park, right where this journey began. It felt fitting to finish by looking back over the route we travelled, the places we visited, and the memories we made along the way. In this final video I also share the total costs of the trip, including accomodation, fuel, and other expenses, for anyone curious about what a ten-day road trip around the Yorke Peninsula actually costs. Thank you to everyone who followed along, watched the videos, left comments, and shared in our adventure. Ten days, countless kilometres, beautiful coastlines, fascinating history, plenty of dirt roads, and one very happy border collie. This trip may be over, but the adventures are only just beginning. We can't wait to see where the road takes us next.
