Definitely save this recipe and try it right away! 🥹 From now on, pizza is a great way to take a weight-loss breakfast to go at the office! 😋 Nutritional values per serving: 427 kcal • 11 g fat • 36 g carbs • 45 g protein Dough: • 120 g flour • 75 g baking protein (QLF) • 9 g baking powder • 4 g salt • 150 g low-fat quark (or farmer's cheese) • approx. 150 to 200 ml water Topping: • 150 g passata (strained tomatoes) • Italian seasoning to taste • 90 g light grated cheese • 75 g lean salami (lower fat or poultry) Optional: bell peppers, mushrooms, or whatever you like 🫶 Preparation: Preheat oven. Mix all the dry ingredients for the dough, then stir in the quark and water. Start with less water and then slowly add more until the consistency is nice and creamy and fluffy. Pour the batter into your ovenproof dish. Spread the tomato purée, spices, cheese, and salami over the batter. Bake at 175°C (350°F) with convection for about 18 to 20 minutes.
