This high-protein kebab wrap is simple, filling, and perfect when you're craving something savory without losing sight of your goal. ... Nutritional values ​​per serving: 431 kcal • 12 g fat • 17 g carbohydrates • 66 g protein 🛒 Ingredients for: Wrap 250 g grated zucchini 200 g grated carrots 3 eggs 100 g EatLean cheese or light grated cheese Kebab 600 g sliced ​​chicken breast Kebab seasoning to taste Garlic sauce: 400 g Skyr (or yogurt) Juice of half a lemon Salt, pepper, garlic powder Chopped parsley Optional: Baking protein cream Toppings: Iceberg lettuce Tomato Cucumber Onion 👩‍🍳 Preparation: Preheat oven. Finely grate the zucchini and carrots and mix together with the eggs and cheese in a bowl. Spread the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 30 minutes at 180°C (350°F) using convection. Meanwhile, mix the chicken slices with the kebab seasoning and cook in an air fryer at 200°C (400°F) for about 15 minutes, or alternatively, fry in a pan. For the sauce, mix the skyr with lemon juice, spices, and parsley. Remove the baked wrap from the oven, spread with the sauce, top with the kebab and fresh vegetables, roll it up, cut into 6 pieces, and enjoy or prep. Preparation time (active): approx. 15 minutes Storage: Wrap, kebab, and sauce will keep for up to 2 days when stored separately in an airtight container in the refrigerator. 🌟 Tip: Prepare the wrap, kebab, and sauce separately and assemble the wrap just before eating. This keeps everything fresh and prevents the wrap from getting soggy. Also ideal for taking with you or for meal prep.
