HYPOXiX Plank 2.7 is the final progression of the Single-Arm Balance Series. This advanced level combines anti-rotation stability with a 12-second post-exhale breath hold. This level uses HYPOXiX Breath Level 7: 2-second nasal inhale 8-second engaged exhale 12-second post-exhale breath hold The goal is to maintain efficient breathing, deep core activation, and optimal posture while developing resilience in both the respiratory and nervous systems.
