Click here for the recruitment form↓ https://www.sanpi-ryoron.com/recruit/ ■Japanese-style cream-boiled Chinese cabbage (serves 3-4) [Ingredients] 1/4 Chinese cabbage, 15 boiled scallops, 4 shiitake mushrooms, 300cc milk, 10g grated kelp, chopped green onions, 20g butter, 2 tablespoons water-dissolved potato starch, a little salt, a little black pepper A (300cc dashi, 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons mirin) [How to make] ① Cut the Chinese cabbage leaves into white and green parts. Cut the green parts roughly and the white parts into thin slices. Cut off the hard stems of the shiitake mushrooms and separate them into caps and stems. Thinly slice the caps and finely tear the stems by hand. Wipe off the water from the boiled scallops. ② Place the white parts of the cabbage, shiitake mushrooms, cabbage leaves, and boiled scallops in a frying pan, then add A. Cover and heat. Once it boils, reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-6 minutes. ③ Add milk while keeping the heat low, and add the grated kelp that has been finely broken down. Add butter and stir to melt. Add salt to taste and thicken with water-dissolved potato starch. ④ Serve in a serving dish. Scatter on finely chopped green onions and black pepper.
