Click here for the recruitment form↓ https://www.sanpi-ryoron.com/recruit/ ■Stir-fried onion soup (serves 2-3) [Ingredients] 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, a little powdered cheese, 1 tablespoon of salad oil, 10g butter, a little salt, 1 tablespoon of mirin, 600cc chicken stock, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, a little black pepper [How to make] 1. Thinly slice the onion and finely chop the garlic. 2. Put salad oil (1 tablespoon) and butter (10g) in a frying pan. Put on medium heat and add the onion when the butter has melted to some extent. Sprinkle with salt (2 pinches) and mix well. Add mirin (1 tablespoon) and fry until amber-colored. *Estimated cooking time is about 12 minutes. ③ Add chicken stock and chopped garlic, turn heat to medium, Scrape off any browned parts of the frying pan and stir.
