The "Grab" and "Foot Stretch" foot exercises mobilize the forefoot and strengthen your lower foot muscles, especially the arch. By specifically training your feet and the surrounding muscles, you'll make your feet more flexible and stronger. You can use this workout with the Franklin Balls for regular training and strengthen weak feet. Alternatively, you can use tennis balls. These exercises and training for at home will support you in your daily life when standing, walking, and working, have a positive effect on your posture, and make your feet fit for everyday life.
