Squat to curtsy lunge with cable face pull 2. Box side crunch and crossover Super set 3: 1. Cable Front Squat 2. Football fast feet Each cable exercise is 1 minute long right into 30 seconds of the plyo/box work Repeat each super set 4x before moving on to the next super set.
