Today’s class is a 15 minute glutes and abs Pilates workout where I coach Lucy through a focused, challenging session using optional ankle weights and a resistance band to increase the intensity. Expect a strong lower body and core workout that targets the glutes and deep core while building strength, stability and control through slow, intentional movement.
