In this class we cover the foundations that every pilates practice is built on. How to breathe properly, how to find and engage your core, how to move with intention rather than just going through the motions. We keep the movements simple and achievable so you finish feeling stronger and more connected to your body, not exhausted and overwhelmed. No equipment needed. Just your mat and 30 minutes. This is day 1 of 10. Every class builds on the one before it so come back tomorrow for day 2. Take breaks whenever you need and move at your own pace.
