In this class you'll strengthen your: • Core • Abs • Glutes • Hip stabilizers You'll also move your spine through healthy, functional ranges of motion while building stability rather than just flexibility. A strong core and strong glutes are some of the best ways to support the lower back. If you experience low back pain and discomfort, improving core stability and hip strength can often help reduce unnecessary strain on the spine and correct posture.
