Write down the step-by-step instructions: 🍞 SWEET BREAD WITH CHOCOLATE CREAM For the dough: 15g of dry yeast 2 tablespoons of sugar ¾ cup of water 2 ½ cups of wheat flour 1 pinch of salt 1 egg 2 tablespoons of butter Make a sponge by combining the yeast, water, sugar, and 1 cup of wheat flour. Stir, cover with plastic wrap, and let it ferment for 20 minutes. Combine the sponge with the remaining flour and the egg and knead for a few minutes. Add the salt and butter last and knead until you obtain a homogeneous dough. Cover and let it rest for 1 hour. 🍫 Chocolate Cream 200g semi-sweet chocolate 100g heavy cream 50g chocolate chips (optional) Melt the chocolate, add the heavy cream and mix well. 🌰 Pistachio Cream 1 cup whole milk 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 egg yolk 45g sugar 60ml fresh heavy cream 1 tablespoon pistachio essence or paste 75g shelled, roasted and coarsely chopped pistachios In a non-stick saucepan, dissolve the cornstarch in the milk, add the egg yolk, sugar, and heavy cream and mix well. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it comes away from the bottom of the pan. Remove from heat, add the essence and pistachios and mix.
