Since it can be easily made using just a microwave, be sure to use it as a reference for your snack-making! 【Ingredients】Used container: about 10.5cm in diameter × about 5cm (for 2 servings) Silken tofu: 100g Plain yogurt: 100g Honey: 40g Rice flour: 15g Lemon juice: 15g Powdered gelatin: 5g Water (for gelatin): 30g Vanilla essence: a few drops Toppings (I forgot to include them in the video’s ingredients 💦) 1 kiwi (cut into 1.5cm cubes), honey (to taste) ★Besides kiwi, feel free to try seasonal fruits or sauces as your favorite toppings! ▼Ingredients used here: ・Rice flour: https://amzn.asia/d/04zvkC8t ・Gelatin: https://amzn.to/4ygissL 0:00 Digest, ingredients list 0:24 Preparing the gelatin 0:43 Making the batter 3:07 Pouring into containers and chilling 3:42 Preparing toppings (kiwi) 4:03 Plating and eating 【How to make】 ① Put water and powdered gelatin in a heatproof container, mix, and cover loosely with plastic wrap. ② In another heatproof container, add tofu and mix thoroughly until smooth. ③ Add yogurt, honey, and rice flour, and mix until there’s no powderiness. ④ Microwave at 600W for 30 seconds → stir, repeat 3 times in total (1 minute 30 seconds in total). ⑤ Microwave the soaked gelatin at 600W for 20 seconds to melt it, then add it to the batter along with lemon juice and vanilla essence, mixing well. ⑥ Pour into containers, carefully remove bubbles from the surface, and chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours to overnight. ⑦ Top with diced kiwi and drizzle honey for finishing—they're ready to serve!
