It's perfect as a snack or dessert after a meal, so please give it a try! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ■Ingredients (for 2 servings) Pudding ・Milk 180ml ・Cocoa powder 15g ・Sugar 30g ・Powdered gelatin 5g Chocolate Sauce ・Cocoa powder 5g ・Sugar 10g ・Water 10ml ■Instructions 1. Make the pudding. Mix cocoa powder, sugar, powdered gelatin, and milk, and heat in a 600W microwave for 1 minute. 2. Mix well to dissolve the gelatin, then place the bowl in ice water and chill for about 3 minutes. 3. Pour into containers and chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. 4. Make the sauce. Mix sugar, cocoa powder, and water, heat in a 600W microwave for 10 seconds, mix well, let it cool slightly, then chill in the refrigerator. 5. Remove the pudding from the containers, sprinkle with cocoa powder and top with the sauce.
