Beef Brisket On Pillows — My Juiciest Beef Recipe

Beef Brisket On Pillows — My Juiciest Beef Recipe. Hi! Today I'm making juicy beef brisket using my own recipe. I call this recipe "Brisket on a Bed." I came up with it myself, and I love it because it's simple, requires only a few ingredients, and the meat turns out incredibly juicy and flavorful. You'll need: about 1 kg (2.2 lb) of beef brisket (or more if you like), potatoes, onions, your favorite spices, sauce or marinade of your choice. Cut the brisket into medium-sized pieces, rinse it well, and trim off any excess fat if necessary (don't throw it away—it can still be useful during cooking). Prepare the sauce as shown in the video and coat the meat thoroughly. Peel and rinse the potatoes and onions, then arrange them on the bottom of the baking dish to create the "bed." Place the coated brisket on top and bake for about 1½ hours. Cook at 180°C (356°F) for the first 50 minutes, then gradually reduce the temperature so the meat cooks gently and stays tender and juicy. There's no need to add any oil, butter, or margarine—the brisket cooks entirely in its own juices, giving it a rich, natural flavor. Enjoy your meal! If you like this recipe, I'd really appreciate your support. And if you try making this brisket yourself, let me know in the comments how it turned out. Sincerely, Alex. Thanks for attention!
