CRISPY SHAWARMA Crust With Beef - Adjika With Mayonnaise Sauce

Hi! Today we are preparing homemade shawarma with a crispy crust in pita bread with fried beef and adjika sauce and mayonnaise. I cut the beef into small pieces of meat, added spices to taste, including ground black pepper, salt, and squeezed garlic. Next, I mixed everything well and let the meat brew for one hour at room temperature. If you leave it for a long time, be sure to put it in the refrigerator. Next, I fried the meat pieces over high heat for 7 minutes. I grated 150 grams of cheese and chopped tomatoes, onions and began to wrap the shawarma.
