5 Minute Bedtime Yoga | Relax Your Body & Sleep Better
This 5-minute series was created for you here in Fredonia, Colombia. You'll find other classes in this series focusing on the shoulders, hips, hamstrings, feet, after desk work, and more, so you can give your body exactly what it needs each day- this one is a little overexposed (same with the after desk work video- but the others are crisper and over the pool if the video quality is something you find distracting. As always, i just want to put it out there in case it can help you!) I created these practices for those of you who don't always have an hour for yoga, but still want to show a little love to your beautiful body every day. Just five mindful minutes can make a remarkable difference over time. If you practice these consistently, you'll gradually improve your mobility, flexibility, and body awareness. I recommend using these short classes in between your longer yoga practices to help maintain the strength, mobility, and connection you're building.
