50 Minute Beginner Yoga | Full Body Stretch, Short Laughter Healing & Meditation
This class was filmed at LaWayra in Fredonia, Colombia, midway through the week as the group prepared for their upcoming ceremony. By this point in the retreat, everyone was carrying something a little different throughout their healing proccess. Some people had headaches, others were holding tension in the shoulders and upper back, while others were feeling tightness through the low back and hips. This practice was designed to gently support all of those experiences while creating a sense of grounding, rest, and emotional ease. The class moves at a gentle, accessible pace with a full-body focus, helping release physical tension while encouraging the nervous system to settle. Along the way, we share a little laughter (one of my favorite forms of healing), and finish with a guided meditation using the five senses to become deeply aware of the body. As awareness settles into the senses, it naturally begins to shift toward the observer within, allowing you to connect with your own presence and energy. • 40-minute gentle full-body yoga flow • Shoulders, upper back, low back & hips • Nervous system regulation • Laughter healing • Guided five senses meditation sooo...I accidentally set the camera a little too low, so my head gets cut off occasionally throughout the class.
