35 Minute Hamstring Yoga | Release Tight Legs & Creative Blocks
⏱ Chapters 00:00 Welcome 00:23 Skip to Practice 26:23 Meditation This 35-minute yoga class is an invitation to soften both in your hamstring and also places within yourself that are holding on too tightly. When we release, we bocome the vessel for divine cosmic energy to move through us. Recorded during one of my BK Honest Yoga group classes, this practice combines deep hamstring stretches, mindful movement, and gentle moments of meditation throughout the flow. As the body gradually releases, we explore the idea that creativity, intuition, love, and inspiration don't always come from trying harder. Sometimes they arrive when we become quiet enough to receive them. We finish with an extended 8-minute guided Savasana called "Becoming the Vessel." Rather than striving to create, you'll be invited to imagine yourself becoming open enough for creativity, wisdom, inspiration , and light to move through you. One of the participants in my class is an artist- and working a lot in the studio during these days. Whether you're an artist, entrepreneur, writer, musician, or simply someone feeling mentally stuck in your work or relationships, I hope this practice helps you let go of resistance and reconnect with the quiet intelligence already within you.
