Lately, we’ve been experimenting with different shaping techniques and this shaping technique we show here is so worth trying out. Although the rolls look very complex and intricate, it’s really not hard to make them. This is your classic sweet dinner roll recipe, based on sweet yeast dough. We enhanced this milk bun recipe by implementing this new shaping method where the jam filling stays on the tops of the rolls, just like jam fillings on open pies. Each roll is soft, pillowy, with an amazing taste and texture. The jam toppings enhance the overall flavour of the buns perfectly.
