Assalamu'alaikum.. Kali ini saya buat roti dengan metode tangzhong ( water roux ). Dengan metode ini lembut dan empuk rotinya ga pernah gagal. Bahan tangzhong / water roux : 25 gr terigu pro tinggi 100 gr air Bahan roti : 275 terigu pro tinggi 15 gr susu bubuk -/+ 100 gr susu cair dingin 1 kuning telur 4 gr ragi instan 40 gr gula pasir 35 gr mentega / margarin 3 gr garam Isian : 100 gr keju cheddar parut 50 gr skm ( kalau suka lebih manis skm bisa ditambah ) Olesan : 1/2 kuning telur + 2 sdm susu cair #roti #rotimanis #reseproti
